- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As said before, the woman who answers the phone for Roxburgh practise is a joke. It says all calls are monitored for training purposes at the start of the call, obviously no1 listens to them. It's been the same old woman for years answering the phones here and her attitude is terrible. how can u get an appointment 10 minutes after the phones open at 8am and somehow they are all gone, but there was only a few available in the first place? That don't make sense as you are told you can't book in advance, so how is majority of appointment booked out and only a few available at 8am? Maybe it's just me but I think this old receptionist takes pleasure of Knockin folk back as I can tell from her tone she likes it, she needs punted and someone more sympathetic and much better telephone manner put in her place, this old dears times up.by Briano GavinoDecember 04, 2016
